
Quest’s current sales tools for their hospital sales reps were outdated and lacked structure. Hospital sales reps were also not utilizing current sales tools to their full potential. There was a need for a digital, interactive version with the ability to collect data from their clients. As the project manager, in collaboration with Quest, I collected and analyzed all current sales resources and developed an effecitve iPDF sales tool. Quest’s hospital sales team is now equipped with an effective and manageable sales tool that is user-friendly and interactive, allowing sales reps to establish and maintain strong relationships with their current and prospective clients.
